About approval of procedures for maintaining registers of the central certifying body

According to article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "About the digital signature", for the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of October 28, 2004 No. 1451, and for the purpose of establishment of the organizational, methodological principles of maintaining registers of the central certifying body and ensuring their functioning I ORDER to the Procedure for accreditation of the center of certification of keys approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 13, 2004 No. 903, to Regulations on the central certifying body:

1. Approve the Procedure for maintaining the Register of subjects which provide the services connected with the digital signature which is applied.

2. Approve the Procedure for maintaining the electronic register of the existing, blocked and cancelled strengthened certificates of open keys of certification centers and the centers of certification of keys which is applied.

3. To the administrator of information and telecommunication system of the central certifying body (Bogdanov L. V.) provide technical maintaining the Register of subjects which provide the services connected with the digital signature, and the electronic register of the existing, blocked and cancelled strengthened certificates of open keys of certification centers and the centers of certification of keys.
