About approval of the Regulations on procedure for consideration of the electronic addresses which arrived by means of the Internet portal of electronic addresses

For the purpose of realization of provisions of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About procedure for consideration of addresses of citizens", being guided by articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for consideration of the electronic addresses which arrived by means of the Internet portal of electronic addresses.

2. To government office of the Kyrgyz Republic together with Public institution "Info-Sistema" under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic to implement the Internet portal of electronic addresses in a month (further - the Portal of addresses).

3. To the ministries, the state committee, administrative departments, offices of plenipotentiaries of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in areas, local public administrations and local government bodies (under approval) to perform:

- acceptance, processing and consideration of electronic addresses by means of the Portal of addresses;

- accounting of the arriving electronic addresses and control of their timely and objective consideration.

4. Establish the personal responsibility of heads of the ministries, the state committee, administrative departments, plenipotentiaries of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in areas, heads of local public administrations and local government bodies for the proper organization of work with electronic addresses of citizens.
