after words "the state broadcasting companies" to add with words "and operational transfer of information messages from places of events by journalists of the Ukrainian national news agency "Ukrinform";
shall be replaced with words the words "implementation by Armed Forces" "implementation of the Ministry of Defence, Armed Forces".
