About approval of regulations of food and ware allowance of the patients who are on forced treatment in mental health medical institutions
In compliance with Article 186 of the Penitentiary code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and also for the purpose of creation of necessary conditions of keeping of the patients who are on forced treatment in mental health medical institutions, the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Approve:
average daily set of food products on one patient who is on forced treatment in mental health medical institution according to appendix No. 1;
regulations of providing with clothes, footwear and soft stock of the patient who is on forced treatment in mental health medical institution according to appendix No. 2.
2. Determine that financing of expenses on acquisition of food, clothes, footwear and soft stock in mental health medical institution is performed at the expense of means of the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R.S.Azimov and the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. I. Ikramov.
