Technical regulation "Requirements to Safety of Biodiesel"

1. General provisions

1. This technical regulation establishes requirements to (imported) biodiesel made (made) and imported entering into subgroup of 2710 of group 27 "Fuel mineral, oil and products of their distillation; bituminous substances; wax mineral" according to the Single commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union.

2. Dangerous factors in case of production and turnover of biodiesel are:

1) careless handling of chemical medicines and reactants;

2) the increased or lowered ambient temperature, the surfaces of the equipment;

3) mixing of biodiesel with other liquids;

4) careless handling of fire in case of production, application, transportation, packaging and storage of biodiesel;

5) dangerous operational processes in case of which the excessive amount of heat is generated;

6) leakage of packaging and flood;
