1. Approve the enclosed Rules of implementation of protection of special facilities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation or its territorial authorities intended for content of the foreign citizens and stateless persons who are subject to administrative expulsion out of limits of the Russian Federation, deportation or readmission.
2. Recognize invalid acts of the Government of the Russian Federation according to the list according to appendix.
3. Financing of the expenses connected with implementation of this resolution is performed within the budgetary appropriations provided to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in the federal budget for the corresponding financial year.
