About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure of consular legalization" of February 21, 2011 No. 60

For the purpose of enhancement of procedure of consular legalization, being guided by articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure of consular legalization" of February 21, 2011 No. 60 the following change:

in Regulations on the procedure of consular legalization approved by the above-stated resolution:

- state Item 9 in the following edition:

"9. The officials of state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic performing consular legalization have the right to refuse legalization of documents:

- not subject to legalization according to this Provision;

- not drawn up according to requirements of this provision;

- not provided personally or by proxy the representative based on the power of attorney issued according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the relevant state, or through the legal representative;

- in which signatures and (or) prints of seals do not correspond to the samples which are available in state body or are absent among the samples which are available in state body.

The refusal in legalization of documents can be appealed to the higher official of the relevant state body of the Kyrgyz Republic. At their request causes of failure shall be stated to person or the organization to whom it is refused legalization of documents and the procedure for appeal is explained.

In case of leaving of the claim without satisfaction, person or the organization to whom it is refused legalization of documents can appeal decisions of officials of the state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic performing legalization, judicially.".
