About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About refugees"

1. In Article 2:
- third to state the paragraph in the following edition:

- in paragraph four of the word "interim certificate on registration of the petition" shall be replaced with words "the temporary certificate of person who is looking for shelter";
- add with paragraphs the fifth and sixth the following content:
"-the center of temporary placement - the Specialized center of law-enforcement bodies for temporary accommodation of persons who are looking for shelter, and members of their families petitioning for receipt of the status of the refugee, for holding the provided primary actions for identification and registration;
- the travel document - the document issued by law-enforcement body, to persons recognized as refugees for departure out of limits of the Republic of Tajikistan and entrance on the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan;".
2. State Article 3 in the following edition:
"Article 3. The persons who are not deserving international protection, or not needing it
1. Provisions of this Law are not applied to persons who are looking for shelter and refugees in the following cases:
- if there are good causes to assume that they committed the war crimes or crimes against the world and safety of mankind provided by the international legal acts recognized by Tajikistan;
