Determine that concerning medicines with small content of drugs, the psychotropic substances and their precursors containing in medical products for diagnostics in vitro are applied such stipulated by the legislation the Russian Federation about drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors of control measure as will lock transfers in mailings, including international, and also transfers under the guise of the humanitarian assistance, except as specified, when in case of emergency situations the specified medicines go to specific subjects of the Russian Federation according to decisions of the Government of the Russian Federation.".
