1. Approve Changes in some orders of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine concerning bankruptcy which are attached.

2. To department concerning bankruptcy () submit G. I. Tregub this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To the state company "Information center" of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (Bogdanov L. V.) in three-months time from the date of entry into force of this order to provide technical and technological capability of introduction of information submitted according to the approved forms of submission of obligatory data to the Unified register of the companies concerning which proceeedings about bankruptcy are initiated.
