About the organization of transfer of international treaties within the Eurasian Economic Union and acts of bodies of the Eurasian Economic Union

For the purpose of implementation of article 110 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union signed on May 29, 2014 Council of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Approve the enclosed Procedure for the organization of transfer of international treaties within the Eurasian Economic Union and acts of bodies of the Eurasian Economic Union on state languages of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union.

2. Determine that transfer of international treaties within the Eurasian Economic Union (further – the Union) and acts of bodies of the Union on state languages of state members of the Union (further – state members) is provided by the Eurasian economic commission (further – the Commission).

3. To the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Kazakhstan for providing the organization of transfer of international treaties within the Union and acts of bodies of the Union on state languages of state members till December 1, 2014:

send to the Commission information on the regulatory legal acts providing need of implementation of transfer of international treaties within the Union and acts of bodies of the Union on state language according to the Republic of Belarus or the Republic of Kazakhstan;

provide the organization offered as the organization making transfer of international treaties within the Union and acts of bodies of the Union on state language according to the Republic of Belarus or the Republic of Kazakhstan for the conclusion of service provision agreements on transfer implementation, and also information on prior consent by the offered state member of the organization on implementation of such transfer for the Commission.
