1. Approve Regulations on procedure for design of the vehicles imported on customs area of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.
2. Due to the acceptance of this provision to declare invalid the Temporary instruction "About procedure for design of the vehicles imported on customs area of the Republic of Uzbekistan" (рег. No. 317 of 27.03.97), the made changes (рег. No. 317-1 of 23.06.98 and changes рег. No. 317-2 of 25.08.00) and the Section III of the order of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan (рег. No. 3 of 14.10.1993).
3. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
