The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed Provisional rules of the organization of work with the compatriots who are constantly living in the territory of Ukraine, the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, arrived to the territory of the Russian Federation in the emergency mass procedure, were granted provisional asylum in the Russian Federation and persons interested to take part in the State program on rendering assistance to voluntary resettlement to the Russian Federation the compatriots living abroad.

2. Determine that in case of the address of the compatriots who are constantly living in the territory of Ukraine, the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic which arrived to the territory of the Russian Federation in the emergency mass procedure and were granted provisional asylum in the Russian Federation with statements for participation in the State program on rendering assistance to voluntary resettlement to the Russian Federation the compatriots living abroad (further respectively - applicants, the State program), the specified applications are considered according to the procedure, determined by this resolution.
