About introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 8, 2010 No. 1111 and of March 1, 2014 No. 65

Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 8, 2010 No. 1111 "About approval of the Procedure for preparation and projects implementation within Cross-Border Cooperation Programmes of the European tool of the neighbourhood and partnership" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2010, No. 94, the Art. 3341) and of March 1, 2014 No. 65 "About economy of public funds and non-admissions of losses of the budget" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 22, the Art. 683, No. 37, the Art. 995, No. 59, the Art. 1605, No. 61, the Art. 1684) changes which are applied.

1. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 8, 2010 No. 1111:
To "Ministry of Economics" shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 2 of the resolution of the word to "Ministry of Economic Development and Trade";
2) according to the procedure of preparation and projects implementation within Cross-Border Cooperation Programmes of the European tool of the neighbourhood and partnership, approved by the specified resolution:
in paragraphs six and the eleventh Item 2 to replace the word of Ministry of Economics with the word of Ministry of Economic Development;
in the paragraph the second Item 5 and Item 9 of the word of "State Treasury" to replace with the word of "Treasury";
add the Procedure with Item 10-1 of the following content:
