1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction on official publication in mass media and information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. Recognize invalid from the date of signing of this order:

1) the order of the Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 7, 1999 No. 56-a-p "About approval of the List of names of positions of the workers belonging to administrative personnel" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 761);
