About approval of the Regulations on licensing of activities for production of electrical energy at the stationary power plants connected to single electric utility system

According to article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About licensing of separate types of activity" the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Approve:

Regulations on licensing of activities for production of electrical energy at the stationary power plants connected to single electric utility system according to the appendix N 1;

structure of the Commission of the Cabinet of Ministers on licensing of activities for production of electrical energy at the stationary power plants connected to single electric utility system according to the appendix N 2.

2. Determine that the legal entities performing activities for production of electrical energy at the stationary power plants (thermal power plants, hydroelectric power stations, block stations) connected to power pool system shall process till February I, 2004 necessary documents for receipt of the license according to requirements of the appendix N 1 to this resolution.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Tulyaganov K. N.
