About modification of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of September 20, 2010 No. 375

1. Types of goods for which room term under customs procedure of reimport can exceed the term established by the Customs Code of the Customs Union, the Commissions of the Customs union approved by the Decision of September 20, 2010 No. 375 "About some questions of application of customs procedures", add with Items 3 and 4 of the following content:

"3. The goods which are products of aircraft industry of state members of the Customs union (airplanes, helicopters, aviation engines to them, the spare parts and the equipment necessary for repair and (or) maintenance of such airplanes, helicopters, aviation engines), coming from state members of the Customs union and exported from the territories of such states based on the relevant agreements according to customs procedure of export on which according to the legislation of state members of the Customs union the decision on prolongation of term of the room of these goods under customs procedure of reimport is made.

4. The cars dump trucks intended for operation in cross-country conditions, with complete weight more than 40 tons, coming from state members of the Customs union and exported from the territories of such states based on the relevant agreements according to customs procedure of export on which according to the legislation of state members of the Customs union the decision on prolongation of term of the room of these goods under customs procedure of reimport is made.".

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
