About single questions of activities of banks

For the purpose of creation of conditions for ensuring stable activities of banks of Ukraine which list is given in appendix to this resolution, considering the circumstances caused by temporary occupation of the territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol, introduction of extraordinary operating mode of bank system in the territory of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions and also growth after February 6, 2014 of the foreign exchange rate to national currency of Ukraine, being guided by Articles 6, of 7, 15 and 55 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 66, 67 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. To general department of banking supervision (Shulga A. A.), to territorial administrations of the National Bank of Ukraine (except Head department of the National Bank of Ukraine across Kiev and Kiev region) during operation of this resolution to consider in case of determination of adequate corrective actions to bank indicators of activities of bank system, and also timeliness and completeness of accomplishment of the obligations to creditors and investors by it that is confirmed by lack of claims and account balances on accounting of documents to accounts which are not executed by bank in the time established by the legislation of Ukraine.

2. Not apply to banks of corrective actions on condition of observance of restrictions by them, stipulated in Item 3 these resolutions:
