1. The public regulatory service of Ukraine (further - Regulatory service) is the central executive body which activities go and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and realizing the state regulatory policy and policy in the field of supervision (control) in the field of economic activity, is specially authorized body concerning licensing and authorization system in the field of economic activity and coordinates actions concerning simplification of regulatory base and deregulation of economic activity.
2. The regulatory service in the activities is guided by the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine, presidential decrees of Ukraine and resolutions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted according to the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine, acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, other acts of the legislation.
3. The main objectives of Regulatory service is realization of the state regulatory policy, state policy in the field of licensing, authorization system, supervision (control) in the field of economic activity and coordination of actions of executive bodies, institutes of civil society and entrepreneurship concerning simplification of regulatory base and deregulation of economic activity.
