The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Form the Public regulatory service of Ukraine, having reorganized by transformation Public service of Ukraine concerning regulatory policy and development of entrepreneurship.

2. Approve Regulations on the Public regulatory service of Ukraine which are applied.

3. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 371 "About approval of the Regulations on the Public regulatory service of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 69, the Art. 1932).

Regulations on the Public regulatory service of Ukraine

1. The public regulatory service of Ukraine (GRS) is the central executive body which activities go and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and realizing the state regulatory policy, policy on issues of supervision (control) in the field of economic activity, licensing and authorization system in the field of economic activity and deregulation of economic activity.

GRS is specially authorized body concerning licensing and authorization system in the field of economic activity.

2. GRS in the activities is guided by the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine, presidential decrees of Ukraine and resolutions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted according to the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine, acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, other acts of the legislation.

3. The main objectives of GRS are:

realization of the state regulatory policy, policy on issues of supervision (control) in the field of economic activity, licensing and authorization system in the field of economic activity;
