3. To assist heads of the ministries and departments, chairmen of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, areas, the city of Dushanbe, cities and areas in attraction of financial resources for implementation of activities of National fund for counteraction to human immunodeficiency virus and acquired immunodeficiency syndrome.
