Approve Rules and regulations of issue to workers of milk, treatment-and-prophylactic food, special clothes, special footwear and other individual protection equipment, providing workers with means of collective protection, (are applied) by sanitary and household rooms and devices at the expense of means of the employer.

2. To the Ministry of Labour, migration and employment of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan to carry out explanatory works on implementation of these rules and to provide control of the course of their execution.

3. To the relevant ministries and departments, local executive bodies of the government of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, areas, the city of Dushanbe, cities and areas of republican subordination to take necessary measures for implementation of these requirements.
