Transfer to Power plants open joint stock company right to use by the parcels of land in the Naryn district of the Naryn region specified in Item 1 of this resolution for the subsequent introduction as part of contribution to the authorized capital of "Upper and Naryn Hydroelectric Power Stations" private company under construction of the Upper and Naryn cascade of hydroelectric power stations.
4. To Power plants open joint stock company to make as part of contribution to the authorized capital of "Upper and Naryn Hydroelectric Power Stations" private company right to use by the parcels of land specified in Item 1 of this resolution.
