b) information on the contractors creating, operating, using the artificial islands, installations, constructions located on the continental shelf of the Russian Federation on the date of entry into force of this resolution is subject to representation by subsoil users within 30 days from the date of entry into force of this resolution.

3. Realization of the powers provided by this resolution is performed by Federal Nature Management Supervision Service within the number of employees of its central office and territorial authorities, and also budgetary appropriations provided to Service on management and management in the field of the established functions established by the Government of the limiting Russian Federation.
