1. Approve Rules of information exchange of state bodies and other organizations, authorized to make decisions on issue to subjects of foreign trade activity of allowing documents and certificates for import, export and transit of goods by the principle "The single window" (is applied).

2. To provide to the relevant ministries and departments fulfillment of requirements of these rules.

3. To Customs Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan to perform check of identification taxpayer numbers and other important data with use of the information system "Single Window" of the Tax Committee under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan in case of registration of transactions on import, export and transit within single network of exchange of information.

4. To the state unitary enterprise "Center" of single window" under Customs Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan together with the interested ministries and departments to develop and sign bilateral agreements about information exchange.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan.
