Changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. In the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 17, 2008 No. 693 "About creation of the specialized organization for concession" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2008, No. 33, the Art. 343):

in Item 2:

1) to state the subitem in the following edition:

"1) examinations of the concessionary offers, except as specified, established by subitem 3-2) of article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About concessions";";

subitems 3) to state 4) and 5) in the following edition:

"3) examinations of the tender documentation, including in case of introduction in it of the changes and amendments, except as specified, established by subitem 3-2) of article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About concessions";
