3. To provide to the state unitary enterprise "Housing and communal services" together with executive bodies of the government of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, areas, the city of Dushanbe, cities and areas financing of this Program within the means provided in the Government budget for the corresponding years and at the expense of other sources.

4. To provide to the state unitary enterprise "Housing and communal services" together with the ministries and departments, executive bodies of the government of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, areas, the city of Dushanbe, cities and areas effective implementation of this Program and about the course of its realization every half-year to provide information in the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
