1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to regulatory legal acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.
2. Recognize invalid regulatory legal acts and separate provisions of regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation and RSFSR according to the list according to appendix No. 1.
3. Recognize not acting in the territory of the Russian Federation regulatory legal acts of the USSR according to the list according to appendix No. 2.
4. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2015.
