Make the following changes to "Regulations on the rules of implementation of the state control over quality and safety of grain products" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of September 10, 2009 No. 136 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2009, No. 9, Article 740; 2014, No. 2, Article 201):

1. Add with Item 2.1-1 of the following content:

"2.1-1. The state control in the subjects of entrepreneurship who are engaged in grain activities is performed according to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "On regulation of the inspections which are carried out in the field of entrepreneurship and protection of interests of entrepreneurs".

2. In subitem 2.2.1 the word "property" shall be replaced with words "interests of state-owned property".

3. Cancel Items 2.4 - 2.9 and 2.15.

4. In the first offer of Item 3.1 of the word "official of body" to replace with the word "body".
