Apply the table of ratio of positions of Federal public civil service in the office of Audit Chamber of the Russian Federation and military positions of the military personnel passing the military service under the contract approved by this Decree and the table of ratio of class ranks of Federal public civil service and military ranks approved by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of August 2, 2012 No. 1100 "About enhancement of compensation of federal government civil servants of Administration of the President of the Russian Federation" in case of establishment of the sizes of monthly salaries of federal government civil servants according to the positions of Federal public civil service replaced by them in the office of Audit Chamber of the Russian Federation and the sizes of monthly salaries of these federal government civil servants according to the class ranks of Federal public civil service appropriated to them (further - monthly salaries of federal government civil servants).
3. Determine that the monthly and other additional payments provided by the relevant Federal Laws and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation are performed by the federal government civil servant of the office of Audit Chamber of the Russian Federation proceeding from the sizes of monthly salaries of the federal government civil servants established according to Item 2 of this Decree.
