1. Make change to item 4 of the order of Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine of September 12, 2013 No. 511 "About approval of the Regulations on security service of traffic of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 4, 2013 at No. 1710/24242, having stated it in the following edition:

"4. To heads of territorial authorities of Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine, Head department of government courier communication of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine, divisions of government courier communication, territorial subdivisions, organizations and organizations of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine in a month from the date of entry into force of this order to create and provide functioning of security service of traffic of territorial authorities of Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine, Head department of government courier communication of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine, divisions of government courier communication, territorial subdivisions, organizations and organizations of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine.".

2. Approve Changes in Regulations on security service of the traffic of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine approved by the order of Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine of September 12, 2013 No. 511, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 4, 2013 for No. 1710/24242, which are applied.

3. To provide to the director of logistics of Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. This order becomes effective since November 1, 2014, but not earlier than day of its official publication.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the vice-chairman of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine according to distribution of functional obligations.

1. To state Item 1.3 of the Section I in the following edition:

Work on safety of traffic, prevention of the road accidents in Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine (further - Administration of Gosspetssvyaz), its territorial authorities, Head department of government courier communication of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine, divisions of government courier communication, territorial subdivisions, institutions, organizations and the organizations of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine (further - divisions of Gosspetssvyaz) is assigned to security service of traffic (further - SBDR) Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine (further - Gosspetssvyaz).".
