1. Approve the enclosed Rules of the organization and functioning of the state monitoring system of information and the notification of the population about emergence of threat of the act of terrorism.
2. To state bodies and local executive bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan to bring the acts into accord with this Decree.
3. This Decree becomes effective after the first official publication.
