About trade and economic cooperation in the field of deliveries of the Belarusian agricultural, automotive, road-building, utility and passenger machinery

The Republic of Belarus and Turkmenistan which are hereinafter referred to as with the Parties

wishing to promote development of trade and economic cooperation between the Parties, being guided by the principles of mutual advantage, equality, and also according to rules of international law and the national legal systems,

recognizing importance of long-term measures for development of cooperation and strengthening of ties between the Parties at the different levels, including cooperation between subjects of managing of different patterns of ownership,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The purpose of this agreement is further development of trade and economic cooperation between the Parties.

Article 2

For the purpose of implementation of this agreement the Turkmen Side creates the purchasing request of the agricultural, automotive, road-building, utility and passenger machinery of production of the Republic of Belarus with indication of quantity and the nomenclature, and also specific customers and sends it to the Belarusian Side not later than 3 (three) months before expected deliveries.

Article 3

The Belarusian Side no later than in 1 (one) month after receipt of the request, directs to the Turkmen Side drafts contract to delivery of the declared equipment.

The trade and economic cooperation provided by this agreement shall be performed on the basis of the contracts signed between business entities of the Parties according to legislations of the states of the Parties.

Article 4

The Turkmen Side shall allocate financing for providing the signed contracts.
