About approval of the Regulations on procedure for use of lands for rural settlements

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for use of lands for rural settlements according to appendix.
2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on Information analysis department concerning agricultural and water economy, conversion of agricultural products and consumer goods of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of October 30, 2014 No. 301
1. This Provision according to the Land code and the Town-planning code of the Republic of Uzbekistan determines procedure for use of lands for rural settlements.
2. In this Provision the following basic concepts are used:
the earth of rural settlements - the lands used and intended for building, improvement and development of rural settlements, settlements in the rural zone which core activities of inhabitants are maintaining rural and forestry, conversion of agricultural products and other types of activity, characteristic of the rural zone;
the earth of settlements - the lands which are in limits of borders of the cities and city settlements, and also rural settlements;
