1. Agree with offers of khokimiyat of the city of Tashkent, GAKB of Usak and O LLC zavtosanoat - Leasing" and AKIB "Ipoteka bank" about financing at the expense of means of additional sources of the local budget of the city of Tashkent:

expenses of GPU Makhsustrans, connected with repayment in 2014 - 2018 of leasing payments before GAKB of Usak and O LLC zavtosanoat-Leasing", and also servicing of the credit of AKIB "Ipoteka bank" for earlier acquired special transport equipment in the terms established by payment schedules according to appendices No. 1 - 3 *;

2. To provide to khokimiyat of the city of Tashkent in accordance with the established procedure:

development of the design estimates and approval of address lists of construction of collection points for municipal solid waste;

system monitoring of the course of construction of collection points for municipal solid waste and target use of the allocated funds and the special transport equipment;
