Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 29, 2002 No. 415 "About approval of the Procedure for use of means of budget reserve fund" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, No. 14, Art. 734; 2005, No. 30, Art. 1826; 2009, No. 57, Art. 1988; 2011, No. 71, Art. 2684; 2012, No. 15, Art. 554, No. 91, Art. 3691; 2013, No. 41, Art. 1477; 2014, No. 26, the Art. 765, No. 66, the Art. 1848, No. 73, the Art. 2070, No. 78, the Art. 2233) and of August 8, 2014 No. 369 "Some questions of social and economic development of the separate territories in 2014" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 68, the Art. 1899) changes which are applied.

1. According to the procedure of use of means of the budget reserve fund approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 29, 2002 No. 415:
1) in Item 7:
third after words of "defense capability of the state" to add the paragraph with words ", and the actions connected with temporary movement of citizens of Ukraine from areas of conducting anti-terrorist operation and temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine";
word in paragraph four of "technogenic and natural nature" shall be replaced with words "technogenic, natural and social nature, in particular connected with recovery destroyed (damaged) during conducting anti-terrorist operation objects";
the fifth after words "settling out of inhabitants with" to add the paragraph with words of "the houses damaged during conducting anti-terrorist operation";
