1. Approve "The concept of creation in the Azerbaijan Republic of the Museum of history of the nature on geology, paleontology, mineralogy and fauna" it (is applied).

2. Create the Museum of history of the nature under National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan.

3. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic:

3.1. taking into account the Concept approved by part of 1 this Decree in three-months time to approve in coordination with the President of the Azerbaijan Republic the charter and structure of the Museum of history of the nature under National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan;

3.2. according to the Concept approved by part of 1 this Decree to accept together with National academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan with informing the President of the Azerbaijan Republic necessary measures to start activities of the Museum of history of the nature under National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan;

3.3. take necessary measures for financing of the Museum of history of the nature under the Ministry of science and education of the Azerbaijan Republic at the expense of means of the government budget on 2015 and to the next years;

3.4. resolve other issues following from this Decree.
