Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 29, 2011 No. 1198 "About assignment, change and deprivation of cool qualification of the military personnel" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 1, the Art. 208).

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 29, 2011 No. 1198

1. State Item 3 in the following edition:

"3. To the Minister of Defence of the Russian Federation, heads of other federal executive bodies in whom the Federal Law provides military service (federal body of ensuring mobilization preparation of public authorities of the Russian Federation) to determine qualification requirements to the professional knowledge and skills necessary for fulfillment of duties by military positions, and procedure for carrying out testing of the military personnel for assignment (confirmation) of cool qualification.".

2. In Rules of assignment, change and deprivation of cool qualification concerning the military personnel approved by the specified resolution:

a) state Items 8 and 9 in the following edition:

"8. Cool qualification is appropriated to the military personnel who acquires the right to assignment of cool qualification for the first time proceeding from the actual professional level without requirements of Item 7 of these rules.
