To the commander-in-chief of National guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan - the chairman of Committee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the chairman of Committee of criminal executive system, chiefs of departments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, chiefs of departments of internal affairs of areas and on transport to acquaint staff with Rules on implementation of the state protection of persons who are involved in criminal trial for application in practical activities.
3. This order becomes effective since January 1, 2015.
