2. To provide to department of production and conversion of crop products and phytosanitary safety of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its official publication;
2) placement on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. Recognize No. 06-3/488 which voided the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 26, 2011 "About approval of regulations of the state service "State Registration of Pesticides (Agricultural Chemicals)" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan for No. 7249, No. 95-96 (26914-26915)) published in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper of April 10, 2012.
4. This order becomes effective after the expiration of ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
