Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of April 30, 2008 No. 56-FZ "About additional insurance premiums for funded portion of work pension and the state support of forming of pension accruals" (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, No. 18, Art. 1943; 2010, No. 31, Art. 4196; 2011, No. 29, Art. 4291; 2012, No. 31, Art. 4322; 2014, No. 11, Art. 1098; No. 30, Art. 4217) following changes:

1) regarding the 4th Article 4 of the word "100 people" shall be replaced with words "25 people";

2) in Article 9:

b) state part 4 in the following edition:

"4. The employer along with transfer of additional insurance premiums for funded pension creates registers of insured persons. The specified registers are created separately concerning the amounts of additional insurance premiums for funded pension and concerning the amounts of fees of the employer. The register shall contain the following data:

1) the total amount of the transferred funds including the amount of all listed additional insurance premiums for funded pension (the amount of all paid fees of the employer);

2) number of the payment order and date of its execution;

3) insurance number of the individual ledger account of each insured person;

4) surname, name and middle name of each insured person;
