About modification of the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 15, 2009 No. PP-1112 "About measures for further support and development of business activity"

For the purpose of further simplification of procedure for rendering cadastral services:

1. Take into consideration that in pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 7, 2014 No. UP-4609 "About Additional Measures for Further Enhancement of the Investment Climate and Business Environment in the Republic of Uzbekistan" is approved by the Government of the republic the Procedure for cost determination of the state services in technical inventory count and execution of cadastral documentation.

2. Recognize as No. PP-1112 which voided Item 1 of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 15, 2009 "About measures for further support and development of business activity" and appendix No. 1 to it.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh.M.Mirziyoev.
