1. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 04.11.2014 No. PP-2259

2. Approve offers of the Ministry of Economics, the Ministry of Finance, the Central bank, the State committee on demonopolization, support of the competition and entrepreneurship, the State committee on architecture and construction and the State committee on conservation of the Republic of Uzbekistan about decrease since June 1, 2009:

3. 4. To provide to the Prosecutor General's Office, the Ministry of Justice, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan on systematic basis:

carrying out monitoring of observance by state bodies and the government on places of the rights of subjects of small business and private entrepreneurship established by the legislation.
