For the purpose of implementation of the subitem 48) of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 11, 2014 "About civil protection" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Approve the enclosed Rules of use for rescuing of people and, in urgent cases, means of communication, transport, property and other appliances of the organizations which are in zones of emergency situations.
2. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 27, 2003 No. 875 "About approval of Rules of use for rescuing of people and, in urgent cases, means of communication, transport, property and other appliances of the organizations which are in zones of emergency situations" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2003, No. 35, the Art. 357).
3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
