2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of release of material values from the state material reserve according to the procedure of refreshening and razbronirovaniye (further - Rules) are developed according to Item 9 of article 94 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About civil protection" (further - the Law "About Civil Protection") and determine procedure for release of material values from the state material reserve according to the procedure of refreshening and razbronirovaniye, except as specified their release for taking measures to the prevention and liquidation of emergency situations and their effects, rendering the regulating impact on the market, the help to refugees, the humanitarian assistance, transfer on balance to other state bodies.
