1. Approve the enclosed Rules of accreditation of the organizations and divisions of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, other troops, military forming and bodies on accomplishment of checking of measuring instruments of military and special purpose, certification of standards of units of sizes and obligatory metrological examination of arms, the military and special equipment and technical documentation on them.

2. To the federal executive bodies authorized in the field of defense and safety of the state within the competence in coordination with the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation till March 1, 2015 to approve:

procedure for forming and maintaining register of the accredited organizations and divisions, register of experts in accreditation and register of technical experts;

requirements to experts in accreditation and technical experts, and also procedure for carrying out certification of experts in accreditation;

form of the certificate of accreditation and certificate on certification of the expert in accreditation;

the application form about accreditation;

the list, forms and requirements to contents of the documents enclosed to the application for accreditation;

form and the list of the data which are in the expert opinion;

procedure for carrying out exit assessment of conformity of the applicant to accreditation criterions, and also form of the program of carrying out exit assessment and act of exit assessment;
