About determination of criteria at the choice of types of alienation of republican property
According to Item 5 of Rules of sale of the subjects to privatization approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 9, 2011 No. 920, I ORDER:
1. Determine the enclosed criteria at the choice of types of alienation of republican property (further - the Object) according to appendix to this order.
2. And procedures of rehabilitation and bankruptcy (Adilkhanov D. B.) to provide to department of methodology of the order with republican state-owned property:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order its direction on official publication in periodic printing editions and in information system of law of Ad_let;
3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of state registration and is subject to official publication.
