According to Articles 15, 25 and 26 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 66 of the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity" and for the purpose of enhancement and increase in efficiency of use of mechanisms of regulation of the monetary market according to Items 1.8-1.12 of Chapter 1 of the Regulations on procedure for the forming and storage of required reserves for banks of Ukraine and branches of foreign banks in Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of March 16, 2006 No. 91, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 23, 2006 for No. 312/12186 (with changes), the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:
1. In Item 5 of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of September 19, 2013 No. 371 "About some questions of regulation of the monetary market" (with changes) words and figures "at least 50%" shall be replaced with words also in figures "at least 40%".
2. The resolution becomes effective since May 31, 2014.
