For the purpose of realization the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides Articles 166 and 345 of the Labor code of the Kyrgyz Republic:

1. Approve enclosed:

- Regulations on procedure and conditions of payment of the allowance for mobile kind of work in construction;

- Regulations on procedure and conditions of payment of the allowance for traveling nature of works;

- Regulations on procedure and conditions of payment of field allowance;

- Regulations on procedure and conditions of payment of the allowance for work as shift method.

2. Enter the provisions approved by this resolution into action since April 1, 1999.

3. In the budget sphere to make payment of allowances within the salary fund approved the current year.

4. Publish this resolution in mass media.
