RESOLUTION OF THE CABINET OF MINISTERS OF UKRAINE

Some questions of prosthetics and ortezirovaniye products of the increased functionality and/or special products for sports activities on the latest technologies and manufacturing techniques which are absent in Ukraine of separate categories of citizens who were involved in anti-terrorist operation or in implementation of actions for ensuring national security and defense, repulse and control of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions and/or ensuring their carrying out and lost functionality of extremity or extremities

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for prosthetics and ortezirovaniye by products of the increased functionality and/or special products for sports activities on the latest technologies and manufacturing techniques which are absent in Ukraine of separate categories of citizens who were involved in anti-terrorist operation or in implementation of actions for ensuring national security and defense, repulse and control of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, and/or ensuring their carrying out and lost functionality of extremity or extremities which is applied.

2. To the Ministry of Finance in case of creation of the draft of the Government budget of Ukraine the next years to provide to the Ministry of social policy for Social Security Fund of disabled people expenses on prosthetics and ortezirovaniye products of the increased functionality and/or special products for sports activities on the latest technologies and manufacturing techniques which are absent in Ukraine of separate categories of citizens who were involved in anti-terrorist operation or in implementation of actions for ensuring national security and defense, repulse and control of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, and/or ensuring their carrying out (implementation of the actions connected with the prevention, identification and suppression of terrorist activities) and lost functionality of extremity or extremities (further - participants of transaction).
